  Horrible candy shop. We ordered 5 coffees and we had to pay for 5 extra Bonaqua waters. Waiter was very rude.

  We did not get the ice cream that we ordered, but something more expensive (all three of us)and eventually had to haggle about the bill. When it it got to that point the language skills of the staff got suddenly greatly reduced..Since I read similar experiences from other guests that was seemingly not a misunderstanding or a one time incident. The ice cream as such was ok, and we talk about minor amounts, but as a matter of principle I would not support such practices. It costs energy enough to counter such things in, say, India or Morocco and they should have no place in a decent central European town such as Olomouc.
